We’ll tailor a treatment plan for you. A treatment takes around 60 minutes, and you’ll need about 6 to 10 sessions scheduled twice a week for the best results.

You can start the treatment 10 weeks after a natural birth or 3 months post-C-section, but always consult your healthcare provider first to ensure it’s safe for your specific condition and recovery status.

You will experience tingling and pelvic floor muscle contractions during the procedure. There is no downtime, you may resume daily activities immediately after this postpartum wellness treatment.

We recommend twice a week for the first three weeks.
