Mumsrelle Terms of Service
INTRODUCTION
- Welcome to Mumsrelle. While our center specialises in wellness and slimming services tailored to the needs of postpartum mothers, our services are open to all individuals who wish to benefit from them. By using our services, either in-person or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- This Data Protection Notice (the “Notice”) sets out the basis on which Mumsrelle Pte Ltd (we, us, or our) may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (the “PDPA”). This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines, rules, or policies applicable to our services.
SERVICES DESCRIPTION
- Mumsrelle provides a variety of wellness and slimming services tailored to the needs of postpartum mothers, including consultations, treatments, training sessions, and product sales. We have programs specifically designed for postpartum mothers, but we also cater to the needs of all our clients, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness. In addition to our center-based services, we also provide home service option for the service:
- Pelvic Restoration Massage: A specialized massage technique focused on aligning and reducing the pelvic area for postpartum mothers, promoting comfort and physical well-being.
*It is recommended to have two sessions of pelvic restoration massage per week.
Through these expanded services, Mumsrelle continues to commit to providing comprehensive wellness solutions, adapting to the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
HOME SERVICE POLICY
- Home services are available within Singapore, excluding Sentosa and Tuas.
- No massage sessions will be conducted on weekends and public holidays unless otherwise stated by Mumsrelle.
- Appointments are required to be booked at least 3 working days in advance.
- Our staff upholds professionalism and privacy; clients should ensure a safe and respectful environment.
MASSAGE BED POLICY
- A complimentary rental massage bed is included in the package and will be provided for all home service sessions.
- The massage bed will be delivered prior to the commencement of the first massage session. This is subject to availability and depends on the date the client contacts Mumsrelle to activate the service.
- The massage bed will be collected from the client’s premises after the completion of the final massage session.
- If there is more than 21 days gap between massage sessions, Mumsrelle will arrange to collect and store the massage bed until the next scheduled session.
- Our packages include a limit of two deliveries of the massage bed. Any additional deliveries beyond this limit will incur a surcharge of SGD$25.00.
- In the event of damage to or loss of the massage bed due to the client’s misuse or negligence, a penalty charge of $100 will be imposed on the client.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
- Users may be required to register for an account to access certain services or promotions.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and any activities under your account.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Our service and product prices may change without prior notice. Please check our latest pricing on our digital platforms or at our retail branches.
- Deposit must be paid in advance for all services and products.
- Clients are required to make the balance payment before the start of the second session.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (for deposit only) and bank transfers.
- All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
- Mumsrelle may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. These will be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
- These offers cannot be combined with other promotions, privileges, or vouchers, and are not exchangeable for cash or in-kind.
- Our promotions and offers are available to customers aged 21 and over at the time of consultation.
- Each customer is limited to one redemption per offer.
- Mumsrelle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
REFUND POLICY
- Services booked through our platform, including home services, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise in Termination Policy.
- If you have any issues with the quality of service provided, please contact us promptly to discuss possible resolutions.
- However, once the service has been completed and signed off, it will be considered as accepted, and we will not be able to entertain any further requests for refunds or exchanges.
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
- As a valued member of Mumsrelle, you are entitled to the following exclusive benefits:
- 15% Discount on All Packages: Members receive a 15% discount on all our service packages.
- Complimentary Monthly Treatment: Enjoy one complimentary 60-minute treatment every month, with a value of up to $279. This benefit is non-transferable and is subject to booking availability.
- Carry Forward Unused Sessions: If you’re unable to use your complimentary treatment in any month, we’ll simply roll it over to the next month for your convenience.
- Free Monthly Body Assessment: Benefit from a complimentary monthly assessment to track your wellness progress.
- No Commitment: You may cancel your membership at any time without penalty.
- Payment, Cancellation, and Renewal
- Subscriptions and Renewals: Membership at Mumsrelle is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. It is your responsibility to maintain valid, up-to-date credit card information on file for the auto-renewal process.
- Membership Fees: Membership fees will be charged on a monthly basis to the credit card provided at the time of enrollment.
- Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable. No cancellation fees will be applied.
- Free Trials
- Free Trials: Mumsrelle may offer free trials programs to allow you to experience our services. The eligibility requirements and duration for free trials are determined by Mumsrelle and are subject to change.
- Changes to Membership Terms
- Mumsrelle reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, terms, or the availability of free trials and pilots with prior notice to all active members. Continued use of the membership following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
PELVIC RESTORATION REFERRAL PROGRAM
- Only new clients not signed up with Pelvic Restoration Massage are eligible as referees.
- Referees must enter their referrer’s email address in the “remark” section of the booking form to be eligible for the referral rewards.
- Referees must pay the deposit to be eligible for the referral rewards.
- The NTUC Fairprice E-Gift Voucher will be emailed to the referrer within 21 to 25 working days after the referees have made the full payment.
- The extra (1) treatment session will be included and conducted at the last session.
- The value of the NTUC E-Gift Voucher received by the referrer (past client) varies depending on the package the referee (new client) purchases.

- The referral rewards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
- The rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other past, current or future sales, offers or promotions.
- Mumsrelle Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
USER OBLIGATIONS AND HEALTH DECLARATION
- All clients, regardless of their background or stage of life, must provide accurate and complete health information before any treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing medical conditions, medications, allergies, or any other factors that might influence or affect treatment outcomes. For home services, please inform us of any household conditions that might affect the service delivery.
- Mumsrelle is not liable for any complications, injuries, or adverse reactions resulting from a client’s failure to provide accurate health information or due to nondisclosure of pertinent health conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before undergoing treatments if they have any concerns regarding their health or medical conditions. Mumsrelle has the right to refuse service if there is a perceived health risk.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
- Appointments must be booked 1 day in advance.
- Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Mumsrelle, its affiliates, or staff will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from our services, products, treatments, or promotions.
- Mumsrelle, its affiliates, or staff will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from our services, including any damage to personal property during home service provision.
- While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Mumsrelle is not responsible for any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions related to our services, products, treatments, or promotions.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
- The client acknowledges that, while Mumsrelle endeavors to provide the highest standard of care and safety in all services and treatments, there are inherent risks associated with these services, particularly in a home setting.
- By agreeing to receive services from Mumsrelle, the client hereby releases Mumsrelle, its affiliates, staff, and any agents from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from accidents, injuries, outcomes, or losses that may occur as a result of participating in any treatments or utilizing any products provided by Mumsrelle.
- The client confirms that they have disclosed all relevant health information and understands the nature of the services being provided. The client consents to the treatments voluntarily, fully aware of the risks involved.
- The client agrees that Mumsrelle is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the provision of home services.
- This waiver is to be read comprehensively. By agreeing to these terms, the client indicates understanding and acceptance of the risks and agrees to participate in the treatments at their own risk.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- We respect your privacy. Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, video, soundtracks, animations, logos, and software, is the property of Mumsrelle and is protected by international copyright laws.
- You may not modify, reuse, download, or use it for public or commercial purposes without our written permission.
TERMINATION
- Mumsrelle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services if you breach these terms.
- If the Client intends to terminate this agreement under any circumstances, he/she has to inform Mumsrelle in writing. Refund or payment required as per below:

EXTENSION
- For an extension of services, each session will be based on a prorated amount of the selected package, excluding any promotions or discounts.
VALIDITY OF SERVICE
- Services must be utilized within 8 months from the date of purchase. Any services not used within this period will be forfeited.
CHANGES TO TERMS
- We may periodically update our Terms of Service. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or our centers.
GOVERNING LAW
- These terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of Singapore, and both parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
FORCE MAJEURE
- In the event that Mumsrelle’s services cannot be provided to the client due to uncontrollable external circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders, the following solutions will apply:
- If these circumstances occur before the service has started, the commencement date of the service will be postponed. The service must be utilized within 8 months from the original appointment date. If no appointment has been scheduled yet, the timeframe will be 12 months from the date of deposit placement.
- If these circumstances occur after the service has started, the remaining sessions will be postponed but must be completed within 8 months from the date of the initial booking confirmation.
DISCLAIMER
- All information, content, and materials available on this website, brochures, marketing materials, or any other promotional or informational documents produced by or on behalf of Mumsrelle, are for general informational purposes only.

MISCELLANEOUS
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mumsrelle regarding your use of our website and services.
- Any provision of these terms deemed unenforceable will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions, and no waiver of any provision by Mumsrelle shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time by posting the changes on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the amended Terms.
