We’ll create a customised treatment plan just for you. Each session is about 60 minutes, with 1 session recommended every 1 to 2 weeks for optimal results.

For vaginal birth, you may start one month after childbirth. For a C-section, you may start after 3 – 6 months subject to individual.

You will experience tingling and pelvic floor muscle contractions during the procedure. There is no downtime, you may resume daily activities immediately after this postpartum wellness treatment.

  • If You Have Skin Wounds: The treatment should be avoided or not applied to areas with wounds to prevent infection or worsening of the condition.
  • Postprandial (After Eating): Avoid abdominal treatments for at least one hour after meals to prevent discomfort.
  • Metal Objects: Remove all metal objects worn on the body before treatment and ensure no metal objects are present on clothing to avoid interference or injury.
